I'm unable to login to the mobile app.

If you are having difficulty logging in to the mobile app, please review the solutions below.

Invalid Username and Password.

Please click on the icon to check the entered password.

In case you don't remember the password and want to reset the password please click on forgot password link.

 

Using the Wrong Profile

Please click on the gear icon and select the production cloud profile

Entering password in Tenant Name (Cloud Instance) field.

Authentication Type is Active Directory. Please contact your company's technical team.
